Our patented RF Induced Plasma Pyrolysis System is first in the world to provide a sustainable solution to the present waste tyre problem.
We are targeting net zero for the end-of-life tyre management process. By using our plasma pyrolysis technology, tyre recycling has a pathway towards zero emission, as well as via the high quality syngas produced (~30%), we have potential for hydrogen. Further confirmation of methodology and verification may offer carbon credits generation possibility.
Our objective for Singapore is to offer a possibility to our home country to achieve 100% recycling rate for scrap tyres, where 100% of scrap tyres generated in Singapore would never be exported to overseas markets or make their way to our only landfill – Semakau. Beyond Singapore, we wish to fly Singapore’s flag in offering our innovative solution to address global tyre landfill issues. Waste tyres are one of the highest waste generated globally, an environmental hazard and an ecological problem that cause much harm to our environment and climate.
We are not the only tyre recycling company in the world. However, we recognise that many existing facilities and recycling methods produce low grade by-products and toxic emissions without neutralizing the environmental impact.
Our Singapore plant is situated at 4 Loyang Crescent Singapore 508979. The plant is designed to operate as parallel modular systems, hence easily scalable and can be deployed to fulfil the operational requirements worldwide.
SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) – Via our plasma pyrolysis system, 30% of our output is syngas which has a pathway towards clean energy production (electricity / hydrogen).
SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) – By providing a responsible closed loop end-of-life scrap tyre management solution, we help cities prevent tyres from going into incineration and landfills.
SDG 13 (Climate Action) – Our plasma pyrolysis solution is low emission compared to traditional incineration, pyrolysis and landfill methods of treating scrap tyres.
Scope 1 Emissions – Our Recovered Carbon Black can be used by tyre manufacturers to replace virgin Carbon Black, and reduces the Scope 1 carbon footprint to producing new tyres.
Scope 2 Emissions – our plasma pyrolysis solution may have a pathway towards production of syngas that can be converted into energy (electricity / hydrogen), hence reducing Scope 2.
Scope 3 Emissions – any tyres sent to us would avoid incineration and landfill, hence reducing Scope 3 emissions.
