At the helm of Global Enviro Technology, our team is dedicated to pioneering advanced waste management solutions, converting waste to valuable resources. This mission resonates deeply with my passion for environmental sustainability and my commitment to leaving a positive legacy for future generations.
My leadership is defined by strategic vision and executive management, ensuring that our organization leads the charge in innovative environmental practices. Together, we are setting industry benchmarks for resource recovery and environmental stewardship, embodying the change we aspire to see in the world.
The key creator in our Company’s waste-to-energy technology is a renowned plasma technology expert from the United States, Dr George Paskalov.
Dr George is a graduate of Technical University, St.-Petersburg, with a PhD in Plasma Physics, and is the CEO of his own company Plasma Microsystems LLC. George has excellent program management skills, as well as technical expertise in many forms of plasma technology, including the design and construction of RF and Arc plasma torches and reactors; plasma spray processing; metallic and ceramic sprayed coatings; material processing; hazardous waste treatment; ore processing; plasma water and plasma spray processing. He is excellent at statistical design and analyses of experiments and possesses an insatiable curiosity and desire to solve technical problems with the simplest and most cost-effective solutions.
Cui Xiaojun is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience leading business transformations, strategic expansion initiatives, and operational turnarounds across the machinery manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors. Before joining Global Enviro, Xiaojun held key leadership roles, including CEO of KraussMaffei China and EVP of Global New Machines Business, where he successfully restored profitability for business units generating €800M+ in annual revenue.
With a track record of building and managing large cross-cultural teams in Europe, China, and Southeast Asia, Xiaojun has demonstrated expertise in driving sustainable growth, including spearheading the IPO listing of KraussMaffei Group on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Known for his strategic thinking, localization strategies, and operational excellence, Xiaojun plays a pivotal role in shaping Global Enviro’s global expansion strategy, enabling the company to scale its resource circularity solutions across new markets.
Fluent in English and Chinese, Xiaojun’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration and innovation, empowering teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes while advancing sustainability goals.
Mr Ng is an Engineer (mechanical) by training, has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering. Mr Ng has many years of experience in setting up and running a renewal energy manufacturing plant in Malaysia. He has also been instrumental in design, developing, and setting up process and automation lines for manufacturing facilities in South East Asia.
Mr Ng is responsible for building and developing the technical competency and capability of the Company, as well as executing and implementing the pioneering technologies in the Company.
